Covid Policy

Important update

In accordance with the  Government Guidelines, all clients will be required to wear a mask\face covering whilst in the salon. These can be provided, or feel free to wear your own. Stylists will be wearing the required face coverings.

We are keeping a close eye on the guidelines and will make any necessary adjustment accordingly.

Keeping safe

We will be following all the safety Guidelines issued by the Government and have completed a full risk assessment.

Before you come in to the salon

We would respectfully request that clients experiencing any symptoms of Covid 19 do not come to their appointment. For this period, we will allow late cancellations (under 48 hrs) without taking your deposit. However, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible – each boking matters to our survival.

Our staff have been educated on the symptoms and will not be working, if any are present.

Coming into the salon

Please use hand sanitiser before entering the building.

Please be mindful if the reception looks busy. Once inside please check in and use the hand sanitiser provided. Feel free to take a seat at reception or where you have been allocated.

Social distancing.

We are limiting numbers of people that are present in the salon so we can maintain the safe distance. We have outside space available, which you can enjoy before, during and after your appointment.


We will be serving summer cordials, tea, coffee. As you arrive, you will be given a disposable cup to use throughout your time in the salon. However, this would not be 100% contact free so we will leave this up to you!


Magazines have been sadly put away for now, but you may bring your own.


Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the salon. We are taking cleaning very seriously. Each section is cleaned thoroughly between every appointment.
